A: St Pauls Institute of Communication Education was started in 2012, and since then, has grown exponentially into one of the fastest growing, as well as one of the best media institutes in India. The Institute is fully equipped with top-of-the-line facilities like fully air-conditioned classrooms, audio-visual equipment, a television and podcasting studio, among others.

Another aspect that sets SPICE apart from the rest is that most of the faculty are industry professionals. Students, therefore, will be taught by industry veterans and this also gives them the opportunity to build connections.

A: Being one of the best media and communications colleges in India, St Pauls Institute offers a variety of media courses ranging from short-term certificate courses in graphic design and digital marketing to long-term diploma courses in Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations.

Another aspect of St Pauls Institute’s media courses are the undergraduate courses. We offer the Bachelor of Mass Media (affiliated with the University of Mumbai); Bachelor of Vocational Education (B.Voc in Graphics and Multimedia) and the Bachelor of Vocational Education (B.Voc in Journalism) which are associated with TATA Institute of Social Sciences (SVE).

A: The SPICE office timings are from 9 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday, and on Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm.

A: The Institute does not offer hostel facilities. Non-Mumbai resident students will have to make their own housing arrangements. The institute only facilitates students in getting safe accommodation facilities in the locality close to the institute.

Beulah Pereira is a Master of Marketing graduate from Curtin University, Australia. She was a former feature writer in Daily News and Analysis (DNA), publishing articles on a weekly basis. Following her education in Australia, she worked in the digital marketing field in several companies in Australia and is now part of the digital marketing team at SPICE. Beulah manages and lectures for the Principles of Marketing module in the Bachelor of Mass Media (BMM) course at SPICE, and is the unit coordinator of Digital Marketing Certificate Course.
